IS CHANGE ALWAYS A GOOD THING?!

Kandi Burruss from the Real Housewives of Atlanta has a new look. I'm saddened a

little by it...I wish she had kept the short cut, I think it was definitely working for her.

She was so creative with it and the color I loved! Maybe I'm so against the new look

because I recently joined the short hair club LOL! Well anyway I'll let you all be the

judge for yourselves.....

WHERE'S THE TALENT???

I don't know if it's me or what but.....I feel like this season of American Idol is just a big joke. The first auditions on Season 10 were everything but talented people. People were being sent to Hollywood because they were cute, the judges felt bad for them, or because they the judges thought they would be able to create a star. I thought this show was supposed to be about someone who possesses a ton of talent...that one of a kind talent. I was just blown away by the people that were sent on to the next round. The one that stands out in my head and just has me dying laughing every time I think about her is Ashley Sullivan. There's noooooooo way she should've advanced to Hollywood. After I saw her I felt this whole season was going to be a joke. I miss Simon I kow that much...I'm not feeling Jennifer Lopez or Steven Tyler @ all. IDK maybe this week will make me have a change of heart. Check out Sullivan's audition below SMH!!!

GLAM SLAM!

Tennis star Serena Williams has teamed up with O.P.I. to create a new collection "Glam Slam Australia" If these colors aren't HOT I don't know what is! I'm in love with the shades in this collection...Simply Smashing and Black Shatter. Black Shatter is so cool, when you put it on top of another color it creates a black shattered effect on the nail. I'm definitely investing in both shades...I can really see myself having sooooo much fun with these two shades in the summer! There's three more collections from Serena coming. So be on the lookout for The French Open, U.S. Open and Wimbledon...I can't wait to see what those collections bring! In the meantime check out the Australia Glam Slam Collection!

UP IN SMOKE...

A lot of you probably don't even remember it's been so long ago but...eleven years ago rappers Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Proof and many others put together the "Up in Smoke Tour." It made its stop in Detroit, Michigan on July 6, 2000 at the Joe Louis Arena and that's where a problem began that's just coming back up in 2011... SMH!

One of their acts featured a video of naked women and a bloody shootout. Police commander, at the time Gary Brown thought the video was inappropriate and DID NOT want it to be played at the concert. He expressed his concerns to the promoters of the tour in a meeting (on what he thought was off cameras) about the video saying, "it should probably X rated." Later down the line the statement Brown made ended up on a DVD for the tour.

Gary Brown filed a lawsuit under the Michigan eavesdropping statute that states you can't secretly record a person. He states there was an agreement that nothing would be recorded. However, the attorney for the rappers states that there were visible cameras in the meeting room and no agreement was ever established.

Well now the case has gone to the Michigan Supreme Court. To me this is the most ridiculous thing I've heard in quite some time. I honestly think this is an attempt by Mr. Brown to make a few quick bucks. Whether there were visible cameras in the room or not, I won't believe for one second that Mr. Brown asked for the conversation to not be recorded. This is just one big waste of time and money!!!!! Arguments begin Wenesday...I can't wait to see the outcome of this foolery!

A DEBATE...

This post is really of no importance but...I'm at work having a discussion and we're just wondering out of curiosity would you pick look A or look B for a little boy??? Personally I'm a fan of look A.

Look A

Look B

2011 GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS

Coming up with a best dressed list was extremely difficult. I was not impressed with the looks this year at the Golden Globe Awards. People that I thought would come out in their BEST showed up in their WORST! Very disappointing night for fashion. Well after looking over and over at the looks of the evening here's what I came up with...

#1

Eva Longoria looked Fab in this dress by Zac Posen! It compliments her shape wonderfully! Definitely took the #1 spot in my opinion.

#2

There were lots of ladies in attendance with emerald green on but...hands down Mila Kunis wore it the best in her gown made by Vera Wang.

#3

Not my favorite look from Sandra Bullock but she still looks nice nonetheless in this pale pink dress by Jenny Packham.

ALMOST MADE THE CUT...

Mandy Moore almost made the cut wearing a blue gown by Monique Lhullier. I like the mesh around the neckline.

THESE SHOES TOOK THE NIGHT

I wasn't a fan of Olivia Wilde's dress but her shoe game...HOTTTTT!!!! Christian Louboutin did it once again with this bootie!
